Six major breakthroughs in metal materials technology lead the innovation and upgrading in the industrial and construction fields
Recently, Galvalume Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminum Coil/Pipe/Plate, Stainless Steel, Aluzinc Steel, Prepainted Steel Six major metallic materials have achieved remarkable breakthroughs in technology and application, bringing brand-new development opportunities to the industrial and construction fields.
Galvalume Steel, by optimizing the ratio of 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon and undergoing a high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing process at 600℃, forms a nanoscale protective structure. Its corrosion resistance is three times that of ordinary galvanized steel, and its service life can last up to 30 years in harsh environments. It is widely applied in facilities such as chemical buildings and cross-sea Bridges.
Galvanized Steel, with its 8-275 μm zinc coating self-healing technology, has achieved a load-bearing capacity of over 100,000 tons at 40% of the cost of stainless steel and has become a core material for infrastructure such as subway tracks and transmission towers.
Aluminum Coil/Pipe/Plate, relying on the 1/3 steel density and 95% high recyclability, plays a key role in aerospace weight reduction, 5G base station heat dissipation and other fields, helping to increase the range of new energy vehicles by 3km/kg and promoting the process of green manufacturing.
Stainless Steel, with its self-healing passivation film of chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy, achieves a high-temperature resistance of 1200℃, 20 times the salt spray resistance of ordinary steel, and a processing accuracy of 0.001mm, leading in high-precision and sophisticated manufacturing fields such as medical care, aerospace, and chips.
Aluzinc Steel (aluminized zinc alloy steel) innovates the zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating, enhancing the anti-corrosion performance by 25%. Combined with the self-healing technology of the cut, it has become the preferred quality choice for high-end curtain walls and smart home appliances.
Prepainted Steel, using the "three-coat and three-bake" process, achieves a 90% color retention rate and a 20-year long-lasting color display, providing a solution that combines protection and aesthetics for commercial buildings and cultural and creative Spaces.
Industry experts point out that the technological breakthroughs in the six major metal materials not only solve the performance bottlenecks that the industry has long faced, but also promote the coordinated upgrading of the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and reshape the material application standards in the industrial and construction fields.
